The New Teacher Institute, Inc. !

The New Teacher Institute was created to be a safe space for new teachers to grow and expand upon the knowledge that they have received from their formal education. And also be able to receive an extension of that Knowledge within the realms of those who have  worked tirelessly for years to develop the best strategies to be used in the 21st Century classroom setting regardless to whether it is a brick and mortar space or in the finite space of the virtual classroom.  This will enable training in a less uninhabited space and less harmful to the actual student as training of new teachers in the education field are currently using. By removing the potential negative stimuli (the live student) front the initial training of the new educator or returning educator, we can do a much better assessment of what type of training is necessary for the success of the educator and the student.
